FROM BACON TO PORRIDGE: JOSH ROCK SPARKS DEBATE WITH EYE-CATCHING BREAKFAST RANKINGS

FROM BACON TO PORRIDGE: JOSH ROCK SPARKS DEBATE WITH EYE-CATCHING BREAKFAST RANKINGS

Josh Rock has once again shown his playful side in an entertaining video where he had to rank breakfast items “blind.” The young Northern Irishman, known on the oche for his focus and scoring power, also proved to have strong opinions away from the oche — especially when it comes to food.

In the video, the 25-year-old Rock, who jokingly introduced himself as “Josh Hogg,” was given random breakfast dishes without knowing what would come next. That made the task trickier, as each pick had to go straight into his personal ranking. It quickly became clear he wasn’t afraid to make tough calls. For instance, he put traditional sausages in the middle of the pack, specifically referencing the Cumberland sausages.

When a breakfast burrito appeared, Rock placed it fairly high, while he was firm in saying he’s not a fan of French toast. That dish was immediately dropped from his list. His outright favorite didn’t take long to show up: bacon and eggs were handed first place without hesitation. He clearly opted for a classic, hearty breakfast, which fits the image of an athlete who needs energy. Other familiar breakfast options also came by. Pancakes landed in the mid-range, while an omelet finished surprisingly high. Rock seemed visibly enthusiastic about that one and even said it could have ranked higher still.

Porridge took the brunt and ended up at the very bottom of his ranking, while cereal and waffles had to settle for lower spots. Donuts ultimately finished somewhere in the upper tier, indicating he does appreciate sweetness, but won’t place it above his savory favorites. At the end of the clip, Rock looked satisfied with his choices and concluded that the ranking was “fine as it is.” The result offers a humorous peek at his personal taste, which will no doubt spark debate among fans. As so often proves true, breakfast can be just as divisive as a tense darts match.
