After 16 weeks, the 2026 Premier League Darts play-offs have arrived. On Thursday, 28 May, at the O2 Arena in London, Luke Littler, Jonny Clayton, Luke Humphries, and Gerwyn Price will battle it out on Finals Night to decide who takes the title. Littler enters as the number one seed after capturing six nightly titles and amassing 41 points, winning 24 matches. Clayton is second with four nightly wins, while Humphries qualified third after a late surge that included a nightly win. Price, despite winning two more nights than Humphries, finished fourth on 24 points.

History shows that finishing top of the league does not guarantee success. Since the format change in 2022, only one number one seed has gone on to win the title: Luke Littler in 2024. In 2022, Jonny Clayton topped the league but lost in the semi-finals to Joe Cullen, with Michael van Gerwen winning the title. In 2023, Gerwyn Price was top seed but lost in the final to Van Gerwen. Last year, Luke Littler finished first but lost in the final to Luke Humphries, who won as the number two seed.

The semi-finals see Littler face Price, and Clayton take on Humphries. Littler has dominated Price in head-to-head meetings, winning 19 of their 27 encounters, including all six Premier League matches this year. Price had an inconsistent campaign, winning two nights but suffering early exits that saw him slip to fourth. Littler, after a slow start, caught fire from week five, winning three consecutive weeks to secure top spot.

In the other semi, Clayton leads Humphries 10-7 in head-to-head matches, including three of their four Premier League meetings this year. Clayton made a superb start with two nightly wins, but stalled mid-season before recovering to finish second. Humphries struggled for much of the campaign, failing to reach a final in the first five weeks and sitting sixth after 12 weeks. However, he reached four straight finals from week 13, winning one, and climbed to third to secure his play-off spot.

The Finals Night schedule begins at 8:00 PM, with Littler vs Price at 8:15 PM and Clayton vs Humphries at 8:45 PM. The winners meet in the final at 9:45 PM. All matches will be played at the O2 Arena in London.
