The Baltic Sea Darts Open kicked off on Friday afternoon with first-round action, as the big names discovered their opponents for the weekend. Highlights include Soutar versus Van den Bergh, Hood against Hopp, Gilding taking on De Zwaan, and Van Schie facing Ian White.

In the early matches, Sedlacek defied a Host Nation Qualifier, while Evans sped through his tie. The tournament continues throughout the weekend, with the full draw and schedule already released.
