The PDC has unveiled its schedule for 2027, with the introduction of the European Open and a historic first PDC European Tour visit to France headlining a packed calendar. The European Tour will make its long-awaited debut in France next year, with Liévin selected to host the fourth event of the 15-tournament series from March 19-21. France’s first European Tour event will follow visits to Kiel, Krakow and Riesa, before the circuit continues across a host of established destinations throughout Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary and the Netherlands.
A second major addition will see the inaugural European Open staged in Salzburg from June 18-20. The brand-new three-day tournament will follow the World Cup of Darts, which returns to Frankfurt from June 10-13, before the PDC’s summer showpiece, the World Matchplay, takes centre stage at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens from July 17-25.
The 2027 PDC calendar will get underway in January, with Qualifying Schools taking place in Milton Keynes and Kalkar from January 4-10 as players battle for coveted PDC Tour Cards. The Winmau World Masters will then provide the first major ranking event of the year, with Milton Keynes hosting the tournament from January 27-31. Further details of the full 2027 calendar are expected to provide another packed year of professional darts, with the PDC’s major televised events, Players Championship season and European Tour once again forming the backbone of the schedule.

January includes European Q-School in Kalkar and UK Q-School in Milton Keynes from January 4-10, Challenge Tour events 1-3 in Milton Keynes from January 15-17, the Tour Card Holder Qualifier for ET 1 on January 27 in Milton Keynes, and the World Masters from January 27-31 in Milton Keynes. February kicks off with Premier League Night 1 in Glasgow on February 4, Women’s Series 1-4 in Milton Keynes on February 6-7, Players Championships 1-2 in Milton Keynes on February 8-9, Tour Card Holder Qualifiers for ET 2-3 on February 10 in Milton Keynes, Premier League Night 2 in Berlin on February 11, European Tour 1 in Kiel from February 12-14, Players Championships 3-4 in Wigan on February 16-17, Premier League Night 3 in Newcastle on February 18, European Tour 2 in Krakow from February 19-21, Development Tour 1-3 in Wigan from February 19-21, Players Championships 5-6 in Wigan on February 23-24, Premier League Night 4 in Belfast on February 25, and European Tour 3 in Riesa from February 26-28.
