The World Grand Prix rolls into quarter-final night at the Mattioli Arena in Leicester on Friday, with four last-eight ties on the schedule from 7pm. Gerwyn Price takes on Jonny Clayton at 21:15, while Gian van Veen faces James Wade at 22:15 in one of the most intriguing match-ups of the round.

The evening opens at 20:15 as Nathan Aspinall meets Ryan Joyce, before the all-Welsh showdown between Price and Clayton. The quarter-finals conclude at 23:15 when Luke Humphries takes on Niels Zonneveld. The tournament, which runs from Monday 28 September to Sunday 4 October, is being played in the Double In, Double Out format, meaning players must start and finish on a double.

Luke Littler leads the field and is the defending champion, having seen off Luke Humphries 6-1 in the 2025 final. The top 16 in the PDC Order of Merit includes Littler, Humphries, Gian van Veen, Gerwyn Price, Michael van Gerwen, James Wade and Gary Anderson. The ProTour contingent is led by Luke Woodhouse and Kevin Doets, with Cameron Menzies, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Dave Chisnall, Joe Cullen and Rob Cross among the 16 ProTour stars in the field.

The first round was played across 28-29 September with two sessions both starting at 6pm, while the second round took place on Wednesday 30 September and Thursday 1 October, with sessions from 7pm. Following the quarter-finals on Friday 2 October from 7pm, the final two sessions on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October get underway at 8pm.

The tournament is being shown throughout on Sky Sports, as well as Viaplay in the Netherlands and DAZN in Germany. For those without coverage, it is available on PDCTV as part of the monthly subscription package or annual for around £50 a year, which also gives fans the chance to buy tickets.
