Darts fans are in for a treat this Friday, October 30, as 'Beat Luke Littler' takes centre stage at the Manchester Central Convention Complex. The first-of-its-kind event will see 24 hopefuls attempt to topple the darting phenom in a single leg of 501, with a staggering £501,000 on offer for any finalist who can win a leg. The stakes couldn't be higher: Littler must win every leg to survive, and the game will end if he is defeated. The event will be broadcast live on Netflix worldwide from 7pm GMT.
The line-up is a mix of amateur players and already well-known entities, which has drawn some criticism this week. Among the entrants is Fallon Sherrock, the 'Queen of the Palace', who previously won multiple games on the Ally Pally stage and was once as famous as Littler in his early days. Also aiming to make a name for herself is Mitchell Lawrie, known as 'Wee Sox', a former WDF World finalist who reportedly has a better seasonal average than Littler, cleaning up on JDC and WDF Tours. Lawrie cannot play main tour darts yet due to his age but is set to try and step up next season.
The full list of players hoping to beat Littler includes: Kasey Smith (16, Smiffy, Manchester, Student), Makinley Cooper-Johnson (14, Mighty Mak, Wrexham, —), Taylon Forrester (18, The Trash Man, Bedford, Bin Man), Tony Cole (39, Top Cat, South Wales, Bank Business Advisor), Katie Sheldon (22, The Dublin Diamond, Dublin, Wire assembler and darts player), Zac Griffiths (25, Boy In The Corner, Hereford, Electrical Engineer), Lauren Bloomfield (30, Bloomy, Kent, Restaurant Manager), David Wawrzewski (50, Wozzysonfire, London, Commercial Removals), Jayden Walker (14, The Young Gun, Christchurch, Darts player), Zac Spain (30, Zachariah the Electrifiah, Melbourne, Professional Jockey), Jasper Scarrott (54, 9 Scarrott Gold, York, British Army), Jarod Becker (23, The Finisher, Hildesheim, Kindergarten Teacher), Mitchell Lawrie (15, Wee Sox, Renfrew, WDF World No. 1 darts player), Ashley Coleman (29, The Prince of Darkness, Suffolk, Powder Coater), Mark Pooke (57, Who Are You?, London, Maintenance Technician), Fallon Sherrock (32, Queen of the Palace, Milton Keynes, Hairdresser and darts player), Pwyll ap Llŷr Edwards (34, Cambi One Eighty, Bala, Fencing Contractor), Will Kemp (30, Tempo Kempo, Harrogate, Recruitment Consultant), Sonny Johal (29, The Viking, Derby, Driving Instructor), Brett Todd (25, Jarra Arra Junior, Ipswich, British Army Helicopter Technician), Théodore Wallich (23, The Moustache Kid, Paris, Student), Jacob Gwynne (27, The Cracker, Leeds, Civil Servant), Bhav Patel (36, Breaking Bhav, Kent, Pharmacist), and Pearse Mackle (21, Fierce Pearse Mackle, County Cavan, Student).
The event will be hosted by Gary Lineker and Richard Osman, and will take place in front of a live television audience. It comes on one of the only weekends Littler will not play for the rest of the year. With £501,000 on the line for any finalist who can win a leg, and Littler's reputation on the line, 'Beat Luke Littler' promises to be a thrilling and unpredictable night of darts.
How to watch: The event will be broadcast live on Netflix worldwide on Friday, October 30, 2026, starting at 7pm GMT. The venue is the Manchester Central Convention Complex in Manchester, England. Don't miss the chance to see if one of these 24 players can do the unthinkable and beat Luke Littler.
