Luke Littler has declared that Premier League Darts leader Jonny Clayton has proved his doubters wrong, but the English teenager is determined to chase down the Welshman with four rounds remaining in qualifying for May's finals.
Littler beat Clayton 6-1 in the night 12 final in Liverpool to move second in the table, three points behind surprise leader Clayton.
Speaking after the match, Littler praised his opponent, saying the former plasterer has silenced critics who questioned his place at the top of the standings.
