“LET’S GO BUNTING MENTAL!” – STEPHEN BUNTING JOINS COVENTRY DRESSING ROOM SINGALONG AFTER PREMIER LEAGUE RETURN

Stephen Bunting, the 40-year-old Englishman known as “The People’s Champion,” showed his appeal extends beyond darts last weekend when he was invited to attend the Championship match between Coventry City and Wrexham at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Coventry, already assured of the title and promotion to the Premier League, beat Wrexham 3-1.

After the final whistle, Bunting was invited into the Coventry dressing room by the players. Together with “The Bullet,” they belted out his walk-on song, “Titanium” by David Guetta ft. Sia. The players also roared the well-known chant “Let’s go Bunting Mental,” often heard in darts venues.

Footage of the celebration was shared by Coventry City on social media with the caption: “YOU SHOOT ME DOWN, BUT I WON’T FALL!”
