Ryan Joyce produced an exceptionally rare checkout during a match at the Baltic Sea Darts Open on Friday, recording a 150 checkout via three bullseyes against Christian Kist. The 40-year-old Englishman, on 150, opted not for the conventional route via treble 20 but instead threw three darts straight into the bullseye, each worth 50 points, to win the leg.

Such a checkout is scarcely witnessed at the top level due to its difficulty and because players on 150 almost always choose a route via trebles. The bullseye is the smallest scoring segment on the dartboard and offers far less margin than treble 20. Despite the feat, Joyce remained remarkably composed, calmly turning towards his table with no roar or extended celebration—only a slight smile betrayed his awareness of the achievement.

The checkout proved to be the key leg of the match, as Kist was waiting for a break at 3-3. Joyce held throw and went on to win the match 6-3. The PDC shared a video of the moment on social media, captioning it: 'THREE BULLSEYES 🤯 Ryan Joyce, that is EXCEPTIONAL 🔥 Joyce takes out 150 with three bullseyes against Christian Kist in Kiel… WOW!'
