The 2026 Dutch Darts Championship is heating up in Maastricht, and Sunday's schedule promises a thrilling conclusion. Stephen Bunting and Nathan Aspinall are both in action on Sunday, but their exact start times depend on their second-round results on Saturday evening. Bunting faces Cameron Menzies, while Aspinall takes on Michael Smith in Saturday's evening session, with the winners advancing to Sunday's third round.

The tournament, held from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October, is the fifteenth and final PDC European Tour event of the season. The 48-player field includes 16 seeded players who entered in the second round on Saturday. Luke Humphries is the top seed, followed by Gian van Veen and Gerwyn Price, with Jonny Clayton seeded fourth after his Swiss Darts Trophy win in Basel last Sunday. Michael van Gerwen, Danny Noppert, Wessel Nijman and Jermaine Wattimena are also among the seeds, while Dirk van Duijvenbode, Niels Zonneveld and Jeffrey de Graaf qualified via the ProTour Order of Merit. Kim Huybrechts is also in the field, fighting for a European Championship spot.

Sunday's afternoon session (12:00–16:00 GMT) features all eight third-round matches, followed by the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final in the evening session (18:00–22:00 GMT). The top 32 in the European Tour Order of Merit qualify for the European Championship in Dortmund from 22 to 25 October, with Ross Smith already secured as top seed.

Saturday's afternoon results saw Martin Schindler edge Karel Sedlacek 6-4, Wessel Nijman defeat Jeffrey de Graaf 6-3, Luke Woodhouse thrash Andrew Gilding 6-1, Ross Smith beat Ryan Joyce 6-2, Danny Noppert overcome Dave Chisnall 6-4, Ryan Searle win a thriller against Dirk van Duijvenbode 6-5, Brendan Dolan beat Heine Uuldriks 6-4, and Niels Zonneveld come from behind to beat Krzysztof Ratajski 6-5. The evening session sees Gerwyn Price face Scott Williams, Jermaine Wattimena take on Jimmy Van Schie, Bunting vs Menzies, Gian van Veen vs Sebastian Bialecki, Michael van Gerwen vs William O'Connor, Jonny Clayton vs Damon Heta, Aspinall vs Michael Smith, and Chris Dobey vs Cristo Reyes.

UK fans can watch all the action live on PDCTV, with a subscription required. With European Championship places on the line and a prestigious title up for grabs, Sunday's finale promises to be a nail-biting affair.
