Beau Greaves was unable to follow up Saturday's double triumph as Deta Hedman ended a near six-year wait for a PDC Women's Series title and Vicky Pruim claimed her maiden victory on Sunday.

Hedman's landmark win came after a dominant run through the field, while Pruim's first-ever title added to the drama of the day. Greaves, who had swept both titles on Saturday, could not maintain that form in Sunday's action.

The results shake up the Women's Series standings as the players continue to battle for qualification spots. You can watch Premier League Darts live on Sky Sports every Thursday.
