Luke Humphries, now the new title favourite following Luke Littler's exit, progressed at the World Grand Prix with a victory over a below-par Dave Chisnall. Humphries then appeared to shush a member of the crowd. He will next face Jermaine Wattimena.
Other winners on Tuesday included Gian van Veen, Gary Anderson, Stephen Bunting and debutant Niels Zonneveld. Meanwhile, Rock was dumped out of the tournament.
